• 60-minutes of hands-on wellness massage using gentle techniques
• 10 minutes to slowly re-awaken
  

Tip: Combine this with an in-person coaching session before and/or after the massage for guided meditation, yin yoga and/or coaching in order to express and integrate emergent thoughts and feelings. 

Should you desire to shower after the massage or need more time to integrate, note that you can add an additional 20 minutes at an extra charge. 

What makes this massage unique

Unlike a regular massage, this somatic wellness massage is trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system regulation. By leveraging the calm presence of the masseuse, it offers emotional attunement alongside muscle relaxation, working not only on the body, but with the body and mind.

Rather than remaining anonymous, the professional relationship between masseuse and client becomes a gentle conduit for healing. Similar to catching, it provides a collaborative space where compassion and trust render the necessary safety for raw presence.

Nestled in the picturesque old town of Gamla Stan, you'll arrive in one of Stockholm’s most atmospheric and historic neighbourhoods. Please find the exact address in the booking confirmation and wait outside until you're let in. Your slot starts at the time officially indicated in your booking. 

Tea, towels and perfume-free massage oil are provided. However, if you wish to use your personal products, you may bring them to the session. 

Being a form of health-promoting and stress-reducing body treatment aimed at relaxation and well-being, this massage is wellness allowance approved in accordance with the Swedish Tax Agency’s (Skatteverkets) rules for friskvårdsbidrag covering simple and non-medical wellness services.
