Swedish massage workshop

Learn Swedish massage in the heart of Stockholm. 

What to expect

• Welcome (15 min)
• Introduction to Swedish massage theory (30 min)
• Hands-on practice: back and neck (60 min, shared between you and your massage partner)
• Break (30 min)
• Hands-on practice: legs and arms (60 min, shared between you and your massage partner)
• Integration and conclusion (15 min)

During the workshop, you’ll learn and practice a full-body sequence covering the back and neck, legs and arms. You’ll explore classic Swedish massage strokes and how to combine them into a gentle massage flow.

You’ll also receive a manual to take home, so you can keep practicing and refining your skills after the workshop.

Please note that you must attend in pairs or a group of three, as you’ll take turns giving and receiving massage. Prices are listed per person.

Tea, towels and perfume-free massage oil are provided. However, if you wish to use your personal products, you may bring them to the session.
